个人简介
黄宇轩，经济学博士，对外经济贸易大学国际发展合作学院专职教师，硕士研究生导师、博士生副导师、APEC发展研究中心副主任、国际经济发展合作系轮值系主任（2025-2026）、兼2025级研究生辅导员。曾在国家国际发展合作署借调，并在国际货币基金组织（IMF）、世界银行集团等国际组织及美国eBay研究实验室、互联网协会等机构从事研究工作。

Personal Profile
Yuxuan Huang is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the School of International Development and Cooperation, UIBE, where he also serves as Rotating Chair of the Department of International Economic Development and Cooperation (2025–2026) and Deputy Director of the APEC Study Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George Washington University and was previously a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute of New Structural Economics (INSE), Peking University. His research interests include development economics, development finance, macroeconomics, and the digital economy. His work has appeared in the Journal of International Economics and the IMF Working Paper series, among other outlets. He was seconded to the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) from 2023 to 2024 and has also worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank Group, eBay Research Labs, and the Internet Association. He welcomes inquiries from prospective international students.
