谢永乐，男，苗族，湖南邵阳人，应用经济学博士，对外经济贸易大学国际发展合作学院副教授、硕士生导师、博士生副导师、2023-2024学年国际经济发展合作系轮值系主任、中国对外援助研究中心副主任、2025级本科生班主任，北京市习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究中心特约研究员，担任《Polish Journal of Environmental Studies》《Climate Policy》《中央财经大学学报》《管理学报》《统计与决策》等期刊审稿人。

Profile
Yongle Xie, a male of the Hmong, hails from Shaoyang, Hunan Province. He holds a Doctorate in Applied Economics. Currently, he serves as Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor and Associate Doctoral Supervisor, Rotating Department Chair of the Department of International Economic Development and Cooperation at the School of International Development and Cooperation, University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) for the academic year 2023-2024. He also acts as the deputy director of the China Center for International Aid Studies. Additionally, he serves as a distinguished research fellow for the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Research Center in Beijing and as a reviewer for such academic journals as Polish Journal of Environmental Studies, Climate Policy, Journal of Central University of Finance & Economics, Chinese Journal of Management, Statistics & Decision and so on.
