阿力塔,男,蒙古族,原籍内蒙古呼和浩特市,公共管理博士,现为对外经济贸易大学国际发展合作学院讲师。

INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

Internship: Ministry of Commerce, Republic of Ireland    2017.10 - 2018.03

– Data analysis for the 'Support for Small and Medium-sized Exporters in Ireland' project

– Project Description: As a result of the impact of Brexit on the export of Irish SMEs in the agricultural and food processing industries, the Department of Commerce of the Republic of Ireland launched atargeted support programme for SMEs. As the data analyst for the project, I used a database of Irish exporters to model how different types of businesses had performed in the past when hit by the economic crisis and to provide appropriate support for businesses with different endowments, such as low interest loans, developing alternative export markets and further processing of primary products. After completing the data analysis, I was responsible for writing a report for the project leader and providing policy recommendations.

Internship: Wageningen University interviews to bring in talent

– Interview applicants in the talent acquisition programme, analyse CVs and provide a basis for decision making

– Project content: As part of the Faculty's recruitment process for the position of Associate Professor in the Global Agricultural Value Chain, I was responsible for collecting and analysing the CVs andpersonal statements of the applicants, presenting the strengths of each candidate to the Professor

and the Head of Department, and interviewing the applicants together with the Head of Department.
