为深化校企协同育人机制，拓宽留学生国际视野，增进对中国科技创新成果与企业发展实践的认知，2025年12月26日上午，国际发展合作学院院长王波教授率队，院长助理杜邢晔副教授、院长助理孙碧洋副教授、留学生辅导员李思原及学院多国留学生代表一行，赴华为技术有限公司开展实地参访交流活动。北京华为终端政企总经理王子龙热情接待了参访团，围绕华为在科技创新领域的前沿成果与学院师生展开深度互动交流。

参访活动伊始，在华为体验馆专业讲解员的引导下，师生一行沉浸式感受了数字技术与人工智能融合应用的科技魅力。讲解员结合实际案例，系统介绍了华为技术在城市治理、智慧医疗、数字教育、数智传媒、清洁能源发电、等关键领域的创新应用成果：从基于数字孪生技术的城市精细化管理平台，到助力基层医疗诊疗效率提升的AI辅助诊断系统；从智慧课堂解决方案，赋能行业传播升级的数智传媒服务体系。同时，讲解员还重点推介了华为自研的盘古大模型与华为鲲鹏通用计算平台，详细阐释了盘古大模型在的技术优势及行业应用场景，介绍了鲲鹏通用计算平台在推动数字产业自主可控、赋能千行百业数字化转型中的核心作用。

在智能终端体验区，留学生们对华为最新推出的智能办公套件、折叠屏设备及车载智能系统表现出浓厚兴趣，纷纷亲手操作体验，详细询问设备功能与技术优势，现场互动氛围热烈。

参观结束后，双方在座谈交流环节进一步深化沟通。留学生们结合自身专业背景与母国发展需求，积极提出问题。部分留学生还结合参访感受，分享了自己的心得感悟，纷纷表示通过此次参访，切实感受到了中国科技创新的速度与实力，也对数字技术在国际发展合作领域的应用前景有了更清晰的认知。

王波院长也对此次参访活动进行了总结。他表示，华为作为中国科技创新企业的标杆，其在技术研发、全球化布局及社会责任履行等方面的实践，为学院国际人才培养提供了宝贵的现实参照。

参访后，留学生也纷纷对此次参访写下了感想：

博士留学生Kati Tuihalangingie: Touring Huawei has been eye-opening and very encouraging for the future. Huawei today has provided hope for betterment and development options that I can see for my Country's future. It has provided solutions to essential issues we face back home and I hope that Tonga can get a share and taste of the goodness Huawei has to offer.

博士留学生Genet Arefe Tesfahunegn: This visit offered valuable insights into how technological innovation, national development strategies, and global initiatives intersect in practice. I am deeply grateful to the school of international development and cooperation (SIDC) for organizing this well-planned and enlightening trip. The opportunity to visit Huawei not only enriched my academic understanding but also strengthened my appreciation of China's technological path and its contribution to global development. Such experiential learning activities are essential in bridging theory and practice, and I sincerely appreciate my school's commitment to providing them.

博士留学生Sabina Pradhan: This trip provided me with a profound understanding of how integrated technology can solve complex global challenges. Seeing these innovations in person allowed me to bridge the gap between technical concepts and real-world applications. Lastly, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Professor Wang Bo and SIDC team for this invaluable opportunity to witness the cutting edge of technology. I am also deeply grateful to the Exhibition Centre team for their warm hospitality, seamless guidance, and inspiring presentations that made the day truly memorable and educational.

博士留学生Fernando de Portugal Caba: As a Spanish student in China, I am increasingly convinced that the perspective we often adopt in Europe toward the Chinese model requires a shift in focus. Rather than limiting ourselves to judging China through preconceived categories, it is far more useful to analyze the Chinese model with greater rigor: identifying its strengths, understanding the factors that explain its success, and at the same time acknowledging its limitations. In this regard, adopting a more humble attitude open to learning and capable of drawing meaningful lessons from China's achievements has become increasingly necessary, both to better understand China's reality and to enrich our own debates on development, innovation, and public policy.

硕士留学生Ephrem Habtegebriel：Today's visit was a masterclass in technological leadership and its societal implications. Organized by UIBE SIDC, it perfectly aligned with my studies in international development, providing a concrete lens through which to view theory. Huawei's work has profoundly reinforced my belief in technology as a catalyst for equitable development. It has ignited my ambition to act as a bridge—levering my Ethiopian heritage, my academic training at UIBE, and the insights gained today—to advocate for and participate in a more deepened, expanded, and diversified collaboration between visionary companies like Huawei and the dynamic nations of Africa. The future is being designed in places like Huawei's labs, and I am now more determined than ever to ensure that future is inclusive and shared by all.

此次参访活动全程互动紧密、交流深入，取得了良好效果。对于留学生而言，近距离接触中国科技龙头企业的发展实践，不仅打破了对中国产业发展的抽象认知，更为其将专业知识与实际应用相结合提供了鲜活范本，为个人学术研究与职业规划指明了方向。对于学院而言，此次活动是推进产教融合、创新国际人才培养模式的重要举措，既搭建了学院与行业龙头企业沟通合作的桥梁，也为后续开展校企联合育人、共建实践教学基地、推动国际发展合作领域技术研究等奠定了坚实基础。
