金蕾教授
金蕾教授在芝加哥大学获得统计学硕士学位和社会学博士学位。在加入香港中文大学之前，她是哈佛大学罗伯特伍德约翰逊学者健康政策项目的博士后研究员。她的首要研究兴趣在于健康、医学和社会系统的相互作用。她在《人口学》、《社会科学与医学》、《社会科学研究》和《健康事务》等期刊上发表过文章。金蕾博士的工作分为两个领域：健康的社会决定因素和医疗保健的社会组织。在第一个领域，她研究了人们的社会关系如何与他们的健康相关结果相关联。她发表的论文评估了婚姻状况如何影响医疗保健的利用，以及地方和跨地方的社会联系如何通过塑造他们的社会比较来影响农村到城市的移民的心理健康。她还对描述结构性不平等如何通过心理社会途径影响个人健康感兴趣。在她目前的项目中，她正在研究相对社会地位、地位不一致性和社会流动性如何影响健康、迁移对心理健康的影响以及中国背景下的社会不平等对健康的影响。在医疗保健的社会组织领域，她研究了美国的医患互动和中国中医药使用模式的变化。她正在进行的项目侧重于中国公立医院改革中医生的专业自主权。
