Research Work

This study is interested in examining the associations between the dependent variable and the independent variables. The general objective of the study is assessing the effects of tax revenue on economic growth of Ethiopia with the specific objectives: - to assess the performance of economic growth in Ethiopia, to ascertain the magnitude of the relationship between tax revenue on economic growth; and to identify which types of tax has more effects on economic growth.

Both descriptive and econometric analysis is used in this paper to briefly explore the effects of tax revenue on economic growth in Ethiopia. For this purpose, the 40-annual data observation of the sample period of 1980-2020 for the econometric time series analysis has been used.
