ABIODUN O Essiet (Class of 2022) a Ph.D student of the School of International Development and Cooperation has recently been appointed as a Senior Special Assistant to the President of Nigeria-Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Community Engagement (North Central Region). President Bola Tinubu has appointed 26 Senior Special Assistants (SSAs) and Advisors in total.

国际发展合作学院2022级博士生阿比奥敦-奥-埃西特近日被任命为尼日利亚总统:博拉-艾哈迈德-蒂努布（Bola Ahmed Tinubu）的社区参与高级特别助理（中北部地区）。尼日利亚全国仅有26人获此殊荣。

She is a Gender activist and development expert, passionate about achieving the implementation of SDG goals: Good Health and Wellbeing, Quality Education, Gender Equality, Institutions and good governance, Partnerships for the goals. At the same time, she is dedicated to identifying development gaps in society and ways of bridging the gaps and promoting public service efficiency.

埃西特是一名性别问题活动家和发展问题专家，她致力于实现多项联合国可持续发展目标，包括健康福祉（第3项）、优质教育（第4项）、性别平等（第5项）、机构正义（第16项）和全球伙伴（第17项）。埃西特致力于缩小社会发展鸿沟，促进公共服务效率。

She is also Interested in Local Government accountability, youth development, and women empowerment with a focus on community leadership by women and their capacity on research, open governance, and democracy.

她也对地方政府问责制、青年发展和妇女赋权感兴趣，尤其致力于提升女性的社区领导力、开放式治理和民主能力。

ABIODUN O Essiet came to SIDC with the heart of seeking the development of the motherland in 2022. After learning, she devoted herself to the motherland with firm conviction. It is believed that in the future, Essiet will promote Nigeria to make more contributions to the realization of the Sustainable Development Goals.

2022年，埃西特怀抱为祖国谋发展的拳拳之心来到对外经济贸易大学国际发展合作学院，学有所成后，她又以坚定的信念奉献祖国。相信未来埃西特会在推动尼日利亚实现多项可持续发展目标等方面作出更多的贡献。
